This topic covers the upgrading your Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows XP on
DCC style CMMs using the Delta Tau PMAC CMM Interface.
To identify the CMM Interface being used by your system, go to the drop down
menus, [Help→About]. To see the
Geomet CMM Interface Chart, click here.
ISA Slot Support for the CMM Interface
To read about the ISA Slot support, please refer to the article, "ISA
Slot Support". Once you have determined your hardware will accept the
ISA PMAC CMM Interface, your next step before you upgrade is to contact our
Technical Support staff to determine
if the PMAC PLC code or CMM Interface code requires an upgrade. These
upgrades are self installing and can be sent to you through a standard
email, or in some cases, downloaded from
this site.
